Paweł is a Senior Research Scientist at Snowflake, specializing in deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning. He earned his Ph.D. from Poznań University of Technology, Poland, where he focused on integrating neural networks with evolutionary algorithms to develop adaptive, data-efficient learning systems inspired by biological intelligence and self-optimization. His research has been awarded by Poland's most prestigious scientific institutions, including Foundation for Polish Science, Polish Academy of Sciences, and Polish Society for Artificial Intelligence. Now at Snowflake, Pawel continues to explore cutting-edge advancements in AI, focusing on innovative applications of LLMs to complex problem-solving. Most recently, he contributed to AISQL, a system that integrates LLM-powered operators directly into the SQL engine.
