Madhan is a seasoned product engineering executive who, over two decades of enterprise leadership, has successfully built, scaled, and led high-performance teams contributing to significant growth in cloud businesses. He currently leads the Customer Experience team at Snowflake accountable for global support, solution engineering, professional services and education services.
Previously he led the Product, Data Science and Engineering teams for Microsoft Cloud for ISVs, focused on building product capabilities to enable ISV and AI product transformation on Microsoft Cloud. As one of the founding members of Azure platform, he had the good fortune of building several parts of the core Infrastructure, apps and data services from scratch as well as growing and nurturing several leaders and teams.
As a lifelong student of Yoga, he aspires to integrate his learnings and practices into his work, driving deep personal transformation for employees, customers, and partners, which ultimately leads to a genuine digital transformation.
