360 ONE is one of India's largest wealth managers. In 17 years, we've grown to be a 76 billion dollar, multi-service wealth firm—perhaps the only firm offering a platform with propositions ranging from early-stage investments for our clients to mid-stage and pre-IPO. We help take companies public and hold arguably the highest market share in the post-exit phase.
Our capabilities are exceptionally broad and involve varied complexities, as each of these services requires a different license. Consequently, we operate within a complex ecosystem of licenses, entities, and platforms. However, from the client's perspective, the experience should be simple and straightforward. That is the primary goal of technology at 360 ONE: making this complexity effective and simple while driving great insights.
The multi-entity nature of our business makes this especially challenging. From a technical standpoint, our largest focus is bringing together multiple platforms and data streams to provide a single, unified view. Given that data underlies every decision and experience, we needed a platform capable of consolidating everything for analytics. We chose Snowflake primarily for its ease of use and brilliant scalability.
By using Snowflake, we don't have to worry about how warehouses are set up or how they scale; we can simply focus on providing analytics. It is a trusted, global leader that offers capabilities we couldn't have built ourselves without distracting from our focus on the client. Before the transition, we relied on a custom-built platform that lacked scalability, "burstability," and the ability to integrate with many systems. We have since removed those constraints.
Today, we are seeing phenomenal outcomes. We can land data in its complete, optimal form to show clients exactly how their wealth is working for them. We now allow our clients to customize the aspects of their portfolio they wish to see, providing a level of personalization and real-time computation that was only possible through Snowflake.
Virtually every analytics use case we have is either live or currently on the runway to go live. Furthermore, Snowflake Intelligence enables us to "talk" to our data. By handing this conversational capability over to our clients, we are making a significant move toward even deeper personalization.
Ultimately, the most important outcome is that our clients trust us. I believe trust needs to be evidenced—it must go beyond just a relationship. In a world where trust is the primary currency and data is the evidence, Snowflake is the platform helping us drive that trust.
