Pranav Kantawala
Pranav is Senior Director of Engineering, responsible for Collaboration, Horizon Catalog and Snowflake Postgres products. He previously worked at Plaid, where he led the Platform engineering & product teams, and also co-led the engineering function. At Plaid, his teams co-developed Plaid’s 2nd generation of products in fraud/credit & lending/payments, and scaled the core business through significant improvements to product quality, security, privacy, reliability and infrastructure cost efficiency. Prior to Plaid, Pranav worked at Google for 15 years, where he built and scaled several Google Ads infrastructure and products. Pranav holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a B.S. from Gujarat University, India.
