Joji Philip serves as the Global Industry GTM Lead for the communications vertical at Snowflake, where he helps telecom operators and adjacent industries build the data and AI foundations needed for intelligent, resilient infrastructure. He brings more than 20 years of experience across the telecom value chain, with a background building data and AI products, product leadership, wireless engineering, consulting and executive roles in telecom AI, customer experience and cloud transformation. Prior to Snowflake, Joji spent more than eight years at Ericsson in several leadership positions, including Director of AI/ML Products, where he drove AI-powered telecom innovation and service portfolio growth for leading operators and enterprises. An active industry thought leader, Joji has spoken at various telecom events including MWC, where he has participated in executive roundtable discussions, delivered live keynote analysis and shared insights in industry interviews on scaling AI with strong governance, trusted data and measurable ROI.
