Last Updated: March 2, 2026
These supplemental terms (“Trust Center Terms”) describe the terms under which Snowflake offers Trust Center in connection with the Service, as defined in the agreement between Customer and Snowflake or one of the Snowflake Affiliates under which Customer is granted access and use of Snowflake’s software-as-a-service offering, together with all expressly incorporated addenda, policies, exhibits, attachments, Order Forms, and other terms incorporated by reference therein (“Agreement”). These Trust Center Terms may be updated by Snowflake from time to time upon notice (which may be provided through the Service or by posting an updated version of these Trust Center Terms) and by accessing or using Trust Center, Customer is accepting all of the terms and conditions of these Trust Center Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these Trust Center Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement, and if not defined in the Agreement, then as defined in the Snowflake Terms of Service located at https://www.snowflake.com/en/legal/.
Monitoring. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is responsible for managing and protecting its User roles and credentials (including implementing mandatory IP whitelisting for all access and MFA for all User interactive logins), and monitoring Customer’s Account and User activity for potentially anomalous behavior. Trust Center is a Customer-configurable tool to assist Customer in meeting such responsibilities, together with Customer’s implementation of other appropriate Customer-configurable security controls provided by Snowflake. Customer acknowledges that Snowflake cannot assess whether activity displayed by Trust Center is legitimate or illegitimate. For the avoidance of doubt, Snowflake does not, and has no responsibility to, monitor Customer’s User activity for potentially suspicious or anomalous behavior, nor will Snowflake monitor Customer’s implementation of Trust Center or investigate or respond to any behavior identified by Trust Center. Customer is responsible for actively monitoring its Account and, to the extent Customer identifies suspicious activities, investigating such activities, determining whether the activities represent an incident or otherwise unintended activity, and remediating any such issues with the support of Snowflake as set forth in the Agreement. If Customer requires assistance from Snowflake, Customer is responsible for promptly reporting such suspicious activities by submitting a support ticket and designating it as a Severity Level 1 in accordance with the Support Policy.
Trust Center Functionality. Customer understands and agrees that Trust Center is an additional, optional Service feature that requires monitoring and configuration by Customer. Snowflake makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of the information generated by Trust Center.
Miscellaneous. These Trust Center Terms, together with the Agreement, are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersede and cancel all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter of these Trust Center Terms. Except as specifically set forth in these Trust Center Terms, all terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between these Trust Center Terms and the Agreement, these Trust Center Terms will control with respect to the subject matter herein.
