Vishwa Lakkundi leads the Open Analytics, Catalog Platform and Catalog Integration Platform efforts at Snowflake, driving the strategy for open data standards. Before joining Snowflake, Vishwa spent over thirteen years at Apple leading engineering for Apple’s Data Lakehouse and Data Orchestration platforms. He has extensive experience building elastic, fully managed Lakehouse platforms, AI infrastructures and large-scale distributed systems.
