Before joining Snowflake, Leslie led as the Head of Data for lululemon as well as a Chief Data officer at Chord Commerce driving the foundational data strategy for both organizations. Prior to joining lululemon, she led numerous other strategic data initiatives across many organizations including Microsoft, Nordstrom, Possible, Redfin, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
