Brad is the SVP of Finance at Snowflake, where he built and led the FP&A practice from the ground up, scaling the finance function as the company grew from $22M to over $4B in annual revenue. He pioneered accurate forecasting methodologies for consumption-based business models, unlocking Snowflake's path to going public. Brad was a key driver behind Snowflake's historic $3.4B IPO in 2020, the largest US software IPO at the time, and led efforts to raise $1.3B in private capital and $2.3B in convertible debt.
