Bobby Pinero
Bobby Pinero is CEO and Co-Founder of Equals. Prior to Equals, he joined Intercom as an early employee, leading a wide range of teams from FP&A to Analytics and Data Engineering. Despite being pitched countless data tools, he remained faithful to spreadsheets as the starting point for all of his most impactful business decisions. These experiences led Bobby to co-found Equals with fellow Intercom alumnus Ben McRedmond in 2021.
