Ryan O'Connell
Ryan has 15+ years of combined experience in the fields of IT, Cyber Security and Intelligence. Ryan joined Snowflake as a Principal Security Architect in May 2020 and now leads the Security Architect team in the Field CTO Organization. Prior to that he held positions at Oracle and the US Navy. At Oracle he focused on Cloud Security and Operations, and SaaS product security features. In the Navy, Ryan served as an Intelligence Officer. His diverse career has spanned a variety of geographies and technologies, culminating in a position where he was assigned to a unit to help analyze cyber threats.
