Claire Lui leads the global commercial compliance certifications team at Snowflake. Her team is responsible for assessing and ensuring compliance with various global regulatory frameworks and industry standards including, SOC, ISO, HITRUST, PCI, C5, TISAX and Cyberessentials+, amongst others. Prior to joining Snowflake, Claire held managerial positions at leading technology companies where she honed her expertise in technology, risk and compliance. Claire is a member of the HITRUST board and has participated in panel discussions on controls implementation and building efficiencies around the management of various frameworks.
