Natalie helps clients improve outcomes across customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty by using robust data sets (spanning first- and third-party data), predictive analytics and artificial intelligence. She works with clients to infuse these capabilities into the day-to-day way they run the business, adding value to the existing MarTech/CX tech investments they have made. Natalie leads Deloitte's intellectual property (technical assets and accelerators) around customer segmentation and personalized customer engagement, including the GenAI Segmentation asset built on Snowflake.
