Grzegorz Kapusta
Grzegorz Kapusta, is Director of Engineering and Snowflake Warsaw Site Lead. Prior to joining Snowflake he was CEO of software development company, Polidea, where he was responsible for scaling the organization and generating new business. Before embarking on a management path he spent several years working as a Software Engineer. Grzegorz has a MSc in Computer Science from AGH Kraków, Poland and is alumni of the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, Spain.
