Amplifying human intelligence is what we deliver to our users. We are a note-taking platform today, but the vision is much bigger. Plaud AI wants to be the AI work companion, to capture every important conversation and turn it into something useful.
Plaud Intelligence is the software that makes sense of it all. Audio gets transcribed, organized and then turned into summaries. Then users can ask questions about their own notes, search across files and use Autoflow to trigger next steps automatically.
Plaud AI records board meetings, client calls, medical consultations. If the users do not trust us with their data, the product cannot exist. All the data behind this — how users engage, which features work, retention across every region — lives in Snowflake.
A few reasons behind why we selected Snowflake. We needed to run our data in multiple regions: US, Japan, EU, Singapore. Snowflake supports that natively. We went live with Snowflake in six months. Snowflake is a very user-friendly data platform, not only with the data storage and data computing, but also as the AI cloud and cross-region sharing capabilities.
Each regional account is completely separate. Data from Europe stays in Europe. Data from Japan stays in Japan. Lastly, it was about bringing everything together. Data from sales, marketing, finance, and subscriptions were all in different tools before. Snowflake was the first place where we could put all the data in one governed layer and finally see the full business picture.
The clearest benefit of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud is speed. A data manager can open a dashboard and get an answer in seconds. What matters most to me is the time saved by my data team. In the future, as Plaud AI moves toward products that anticipate and act rather than just transcribe, Snowflake Cortex AI makes that possible. AI inference running directly on the data in the same platform where it is stored and governed, without moving it anywhere —that is a real advantage. The security also works very well. It helps us to desensitize our PII data, and it's growing all the time.
