Vidhya is a principal at Ernst & Young LLP, leading the Financial Services Data and Analytics Consulting practice. Vidhya has over 20 years of experience providing data and technology transformation services across financial services to clients.

Vidhya has worked with several global financial institutions in the strategy, planning and execution of large-scale data transformation initiatives covering data and IT strategy, business architecture, process design, solution architecture, data management, governance, data platform design, and delivery and data analytics.

Prior to joining EY, Vidhya worked with a global technology firm, designing and delivering data and analytics solutions for financial services clients.

Vidhya earned her master’s in management studies from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences in India.
