Closing the Healthcare Gap Through the Data Cloud with Rajesh Viswanathan, CTO at Inovalon

As the Chief Technology Officer at Inovalon, Rajesh Viswanathan leads and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, design, development, testing, production, infrastructure, operation, security, and maintenance. Before joining Inovalon, Rajesh held key positions at Oracle as Vice President for Cloud Native Services, managing cloud platforms and product development. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), he contributed significantly to cloud management services like AWS CloudTrail. He also worked at Microsoft and Netscape/AOL, taking on various engineering and leadership roles in software development. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure, product engineering, and large-scale service development.

Prior to joining Snowflake in 2018, Todd spent 30 years in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, from roles in Pharmacy (PDX, now a division of Optum), Health Systems (Novant Health), and Payers (Prime Therapeutics) culminating with leading/serving software development teams and implementing cloud transformations as CIO at PDX which included being an early adopter of Snowflake. As a former customer, Todd has seen the benefits of Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud first-hand in a healthcare environment. Securely storing billions of records and democratizing that data to bring advanced analytics to point of care with scalability on demand and live data collaboration is a concept that is resonating across the industry.
