SNOWFLAKE MARKETPLACE TRIVIA GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Snowflake Marketplace Trivia Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Snowflake Inc. (“Snowflake”). By participating in this Giveaway or accepting an Award (as defined below), you agree to these Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Giveaway Terms”). If you are participating in the Giveaway on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Giveaway Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that company or other legal entity.

This is a limited time offer while supplies last. The Giveaway will occur at Accelerate Enterprise AI with Data, Apps and AI Products from Snowflake Marketplace (“Event”), which begins on Dec 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT and expires on Dec 10, 2024 at 12:30 PM PT (“Event Period”), or while supplies last.

The Giveaway is open and offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and are not: (1) employees of Snowflake; (2) immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employees; (3) professionally involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway; (4) employees of government agencies or institutions; or (5) employees whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Award. By participating in this Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any appropriate or required approvals to participate in the Giveaway and receive an Award (e.g., from an employer), and your acceptance of the Award is at your sole discretion. 

In order to be eligible to receive a blanket (valued at approximately $15 USD) (“Award”) you must: (i) register for the Event prior to or during Event Period; (ii) attend the Event; (iii) be employed by a current Snowflake customer or prospect, or actively registered for a Snowflake trial account; (iv) complete the online Snowflake Marketplace Trivia questions and submit responses via the designated platform during the Event Period; (v) receive a score of 100% on the submitted responses to the Snowflake Marketplace Trivia questions; (vi) be within the first 750 participants to respond with a perfect score entry within the Event Period; and (vii) respond to the email requesting a mailing address within the stated time frame (the “Giveaway Requirements”). Note that only the first seven hundred and fifty (750) eligible participants will receive an Award, even if otherwise qualifying entries are submitted within the Event Period. 

Limit one (1) Award per eligible participant per email address. Only one entry per participant is permitted; multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods to submit an entry are prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or distorted or include inaccurate or incorrect personal information are void and will not be accepted. 

Upon satisfaction of the Giveaway Requirements and after the conclusion of the Event Period, an email will be generated by Reachdesk to the first seven hundred and fifty (750) eligible participants. The email will request a valid U.S. mailing address for delivery of the Award. Participants must provide a valid U.S. mailing address to Reachdesk within seven (7) business days of the email or the email link will expire. Failure to respond within the seven (7) business days will result in forfeiture of the Award, and an email will be generated to the next qualifying participant. This process will continue until such time as all supplies are exhausted. 

Allow up to ten (10) weeks for delivery of the Award. An Award may be subject to its own terms and conditions of use. All Awards are subject to availability; and Snowflake reserves the right to substitute an Award of equal value.  No cash alternative available. This promotional offer may not be combined with any other offer.

All participants are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or office policies, if any, regarding participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional gifts. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes connected with the Award. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Snowflake shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, distress or inconvenience for or arising from this offer, including any Awards. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Snowflake’s Privacy Notice. Subject to applicable law, Snowflake reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend or terminate this promotional offer (including amending these Giveaway Terms) at any time, without notice.
