Content Reporting
Snowflake is committed to providing a trusted and safe platform for our customers. This portal is specifically for reporting illegal content or violations of our policies and terms via our Content Reporting Form.
Digital Services Act (“DSA”)
Point of Contact
Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Snowflake has designated [email protected] as the single point of contact for Representatives of EU Member State Authorities, the European Commission, or the EU Board for Digital Services regarding the application of the DSA.
Content Reporting Form
Pursuant to Article 16 of the DSA, government regarding representatives, trusted flaggers, and the general public can use the Content Reporting Form to submit notices concerning illegal content.
Transparency Reporting for the DSA
Snowflake confirms that the average number of monthly active recipients of its online platform services in the EU is below 45 million. As such, Snowflake remains below the threshold for VLOP designation. This number has been calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the DSA and the Guidance published by the European Commission.
