Sahil is the Data Governance Lead for People Analytics at Snowflake, where he builds AI-ready data foundations for the modern workforce. He joined Snowflake in early 2026 after six years at Deloitte’s AI & Data practice, where he served as a Senior Consultant leading large-scale master data management, data quality and governance transformations for global enterprises. Today, he focuses on operationalizing a governance control plane for people data, moving organizations beyond manual reconciliation toward trusted, self-governing data that supports responsible AI and strategic decision-making.
