Provider Expectations
We expect Providers to accurately represent themselves and be responsive to Marketplace Consumer requests.

Misrepresentation & Impersonation
Providers must not mislead Marketplace Consumers by impersonating anyone (for example, another company or Provider). Providers must not imply that their organizations are related to or authorized by someone that they aren’t. Providers must be careful not to use logos, descriptions, titles, or other elements that could mislead Marketplace Consumers about their organizations’ relationship to another entity.
Provider Responsiveness
Providers are expected to respond promptly to Marketplace Consumers requesting access to their Products and share the requested Products in a timely manner. Providers must also respond promptly to other inquiries, such as those related to payments or support. Providers must follow the below timelines:
- Respond to prospective Marketplace Consumers within three (3) business days of receiving a request.
- Replicate and share their Products within two (2) business days of a request with respect to Standard Products (as defined below) or on the date contractually agreed upon with the Marketplace Consumer with respect to Personalized Products (as defined below).
- Respond to their Marketplace Consumers within five (5) business days for all additional inquiries, such as those related to payments or support.
No Infringing or Unlawful Provider Materials
Providers must not provide any Provider Materials that are infringing, unlawful, or in violation of third-party rights, including third-party terms of service.
Use of Usage Metrics
Any usage metrics that we share with a Provider about a Marketplace Consumer’s use of the Provider’s Products is Confidential Information and must only be used for internal business purposes. Providers may not use usage metrics for publishing benchmarks or revealing adoption of the Marketplace. Providers may only use Personal Information supplied by us for marketing if the marketing communications are limited to their Products on the Marketplace, such use is in accordance with their public-facing privacy notice, they have obtained all required consents, and they otherwise comply with the Provider Terms of Service.
