Snowflake Expedition 2026 (“Event”) Attendance Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Snowflake Inc. (“Snowflake”). By participating in these Sweepstakes or accepting an Award (as defined below), you agree to these Snowflake Expedition 2026 Attendance Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions (“Sweepstakes Terms”). Subject to applicable law, Snowflake reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend or terminate these Sweepstakes (including amending these Sweepstakes Terms) at any time, without notice. 

If you are participating in the Sweepstakes on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Sweepstakes Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that company or other legal entity. The “Sweepstakes Period” begins on November 3, 2026 at 10AM PT and ends on November 5, 2026 at 4PM PT. 

Participant Qualifications. The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and registered to attend the Event (each, a qualified “Participant”). The Sweepstakes is not open to: (1) employees of Snowflake; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employees; (3) employees of Snowflake Partner organizations; (4) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes; (5) public officials and employees of government and quasi-government organizations at the federal, state and local level (6) any employee whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the Award. By participating in these Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any appropriate or required approvals to participate in the Sweepstakes and receive an Award (e.g., from an employer), and your acceptance of the Award is at your sole discretion. 

Sweepstakes Eligibility.  In order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes, qualified Participants must:

  1. Register to attend Event; and
  2. Attend 5+ sessions live during the Event.

 

Winner Determination. A random selection will be generated from the total eligible Participants to reach 250 total winners.

Limit one (1) Award per eligible Participant per email address. Participants are not eligible to receive more than one (1) Award from the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods to participate in the Sweepstakes are prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or distorted or include inaccurate or incorrect personal information are void and will not be accepted. 

Award. “Award” for this Sweepstakes will be a Coursera voucher that gives access to official Snowflake courses on the Coursera platform, valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance and valued at up to $300 USD (each course certificate is valued at $49, with six (6) total courses available). Awards (and/or any portion thereof) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other substitution of Awards is permitted. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to Awards. 

Notification of Winners. Upon satisfaction of the Sweepstakes Requirements, and within 14 business days of Event, an email will be generated by Marketo to 250 eligible Participants with award details. 

Privacy. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Snowflake’s Privacy Notice which can be located at www.snowflake.com/privacy-policy/. 

Compliance. All Participants are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or office policies, if any, regarding participation in trade promotions or acceptance of Awards. 

Limitations on Liability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Snowflake shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, distress or inconvenience for or arising from this Sweepstakes, including any Awards. 

Governing Law and Venue. These Terms will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof. All disputes relating to these Terms, including their enforceability, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), or if JAMS is unavailable, by an arbitration service agreed upon by the parties, with the arbitration to be conducted in English and held in New Castle County, Delaware. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Taxes. You are responsible for independently assessing and complying with all relevant tax and legal requirements connected with the Award. Snowflake does not and will not provide you with tax or legal advice.
