The Data Cloud Partner Immersion Giveaway offer (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Snowflake Inc. (“Snowflake”).  By participating in this Giveaway or accepting an Award (as defined below), you agree to these Giveaway terms and conditions (“Giveaway Terms”). 

This is a limited-time offer while supplies last.  The “Giveaway Period” begins on October 13, 2021, at 6:00 AM PT and expires on the earlier of the following: December 10, 2021, at 5:00 PM PT, or while supplies last.  

The Giveaway is open and offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec)  who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (each an eligible “Participant”). The Giveaway is not open to: (1) employees of Snowflake; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employees; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway; (4) public officials and employees of government and quasi-government organizations at the federal, state and local level (5) any employee whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Award. By participating in this Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any appropriate or required approvals to participate in the Giveaway and receive an Award (e.g., from an employer), and your acceptance of the Award is at your sole discretion.  

Giveaway Requirements.   The Data Cloud Partner Immersion program is a webinar series designed for partners on the Snowflake Data Cloud (https://www.snowflake.com/data-cloud-partner-immersion/). During the Giveaway Period, Participants that complete the applicable “Program Activity” may receive one of the corresponding awards (“Award”), each as listed in the following table:

To complete a “View” and have it counted to determine which Award you are eligible to receive, you must register for a webinar and watch the entire webinar video found at https://www.snowflake.com/data-cloud-partner-immersion/ (each “Program Webinar”)  during the Giveaway Period. Watching the same webinar twice does not count as two separate Views. You may be required to register more than once during the Giveaway Period, and you must use the same email address to count toward Program Activity. Limit one (1) Award per eligible Participant per email address. The Awards are not cumulative, and Participants are not eligible to receive more than one (1) Award from the Giveaway.  For example, if you view 8 Program Webinars, you will only receive one (1) Snowflake branded sweatshirt, not both a T-shirt and a snowflake polar bear. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods to participate in the Giveaway are prohibited. 

Participants satisfying the giveaway requirements above will be notified by email to the email address used by the Participant to register for the Data Cloud Partner Immersion Webinars within thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The notification email will contain a link and a code to redeem the applicable Award at https://snowflake.yourpromozone.com/. Awards must be claimed by Participants using the applicable code within ninety (90) days of the date of notification. Snowflake assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails (e.g., resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by an email client or for insufficient space in an email account to receive an email).   All Awards are subject to availability, and Snowflake reserves the right to substitute any Award with an item of equal value.  No cash alternative is available.  This promotional offer may not be combined with any other offer.

All Participants are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations, and/or office policies, if any, regarding participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional gifts.  Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes connected with the Award. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Snowflake shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, distress, or inconvenience for or arising from this offer, including any Awards.  Personal data will be processed in accordance with Snowflake’s Privacy Notice which can be located at www.snowflake.com/privacy-policy/.  Subject to applicable law, Snowflake reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend or terminate this promotional offer (including amending these Giveaway Terms) at any time, without notice.
