Virtual Event Code of Conduct

Creating a respectful environment is extremely important to Snowflake. Snowflake’s Virtual Event Code of Conduct (“Code”) explains the behavior we expect from everyone participating in Snowflake’s virtual events (including but not limited to attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, moderators, and Snowflake employees). By attending a Snowflake virtual event, you are agreeing to follow this Code with respect to your participation at the event as well as Snowflake blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

4. You may not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.

Violations

Additionally, if we believe that you breached this Code in the context of a Snowflake event, we may require you to leave the event. In addition, we may prohibit you from attending future Snowflake events and interacting across Snowflake blogs, online forums, and social media platforms. If we require you to leave a Snowflake event, you will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve law enforcement if we deem appropriate.
