Promotion Terms

Snowflake Promotion: During the Program Period, net-new Tableau Cloud customers may request a one-time, free Capacity usage for the Snowflake Data Cloud equivalent to one percent (1%) of their Snowflake ACV (defined below), up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) in Snowflake Capacity credits (“Promotional Credits”). This promotion is subject to the availability of Snowflake’ budget for the promotion, which Snowflake will determine in its sole discretion. To qualify for Promotional Credits, Customers must: (a) be a net-new Tableau Cloud customer (as confirmed by Salesforce); (b) be a new or existing Capacity customer on the Snowflake Data Cloud purchasing directly from Snowflake (orders through resellers, manager service providers or other channel partners are excluded); and (c) send a written request for Promotional Credits to their assigned Snowflake sales representative by no later than January 13, 2023. Any Promotional Credits must be reflected in a Snowflake ordering document, which must be executed by Customer no later than January 31, 2023. Snowflake will not be liable for the failure of any Promotional Credits to be accurately issued or applied for any reason. “Capacity” means the amount Customer pre-purchases from Snowflake for use towards processing, storage and similar computing resources on the Snowflake Data Cloud, excluding fees for any professional services, training, support, or any other products or services (including the Snowflake Marketplace or Tableau Cloud). “Snowflake ACV” means: (a) for existing Snowflake customers, the annual contract value applicable to the Capacity purchase for the Snowflake Data Cloud in the current calendar year as of the date the customer qualifies for the promotion or (b) for new Snowflake customers, the annual contract value for their first Capacity purchase for the Snowflake Data Cloud applicable to the first year of their subscription term. Snowflake may deny, delay, suspend, recalculate, reduce, or revoke application of Promotional Credits in certain circumstances in its discretion. The program period will expire on January 31, 2023 or when Snowflake promotional budget is depleted (whichever occurs first) (the “Program Period”). This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotional Credits are not redeemable for cash or refundable and may not be sold, traded, gifted or otherwise transferred.
