Frank Slootman

Chairman and CEO

Frank Slootman currently serves as Chairman and CEO at Snowflake. Frank has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the enterprise software industry. Mr. Slootman served as CEO and President of ServiceNow from 2011 to 2017, taking the organization from around $100M in revenue, through an IPO, to $1.4B. Prior to that, Frank served as President of the Backup Recovery Systems Division at EMC following an acquisition of Data Domain Corporation/Data Domain, Inc., where he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President, leading the company through an IPO to its acquisition by EMC for $2.4B. Slootman holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from the Netherlands School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Benoit Dageville

Co-Founder, President of Products

Benoit co-founded Snowflake and currently serves as President of the Product division. Benoit is a leading expert in parallel execution and self-tuning database systems. Prior to founding Snowflake, Benoit was with Oracle for over 10 years as a lead architect for parallel execution in Oracle RAC and a key architect in the SQL Manageability group. Prior to Oracle, Benoit worked at Bull Information Systems. He helped define the architecture and lead database performance efforts for Bull’s parallel systems. Benoit has a PhD in Computer Science with a focus in Parallel Database Systems and is a named inventor on more than 80 patents.

Christian Kleinerman

Senior Vice President of Product
Snowflake

Christian Kleinerman is a database expert with over 20 years of experience working with various database technologies, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product at Snowflake. He has more than 15 years of management and leadership experience. At Microsoft, he served as General Manager of the Data Warehousing product unit where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of products. Most recently, Christian worked at Google leading YouTube’s infrastructure and data systems. Christian earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Los Andes University, and he is a named inventor on numerous Snowflake patents.

Prasanna Krishnan

Director, Product Management
Snowflake

Prasanna is Director of Product Management at Snowflake, responsible for the Snowflake Data Marketplace and Data Sharing. She has been a Founder and product leader with experience as an executive at venture-backed startups including MongoDB, Jetsetter (acquired by Tripadvisor) and Founder/CEO at SmartyPal where she was profiled in Inc. Magazine. She was a VC at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and worked on product roles at Microsoft and Comcast. Prasanna received an MBA from the Wharton School, where she was a Palmer Scholar. She has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she was a Siebel Scholar and a Bachelors in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani, India.

Monica Holboke

Monica Holboke is a Principal Product Manager at Snowflake where she works on features for data privacy. Previously, she was the CEO at Toronto-based CryptoNumerics which was a company that focused on data de-identification and secure multi-party computation. Monica also ran her own consulting company where she specialized in conducting feasibility studies of large scale engineering projects in offshore environments. Monica holds a Ph.D. from Dartmouth in Engineering and M.S. and B.S. degrees from Caltech.

Isaac Kunen

Senior Product Manager

Isaac is a product manager working on Snowflake's extensibility support, helping users get Snowflake to do more, more easily. Prior to Snowflake, Isaac has spent many years working on products that make analytics and data easier to work with, including systems for geospatial and temporal analytics in Microsoft SQL Server and StreamInsight. Most recently, Isaac worked to develop Tableau Prep, which brought innovative data preparation techniques to Tableau, helping analysts more quickly analyze more of their data.

Molly Bloom

Bestselling Author of Molly’s Game
Entrepreneur

Molly Bloom is an inspirational keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and bestselling author of Molly’s Game. She is best known for her memoir, Molly’s Game, which was adapted into an award-winning film of the same name by Aaron Sorkin. Bloom’s memoir chronicles her journey from college student to LA waitress to building and operating the largest and most notorious private poker game in the world. Her games featured
hundreds of millions of dollars and players like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, A-Rod, and Ben Affleck.

Geoffrey Moore

Bestselling Author, Consultant, and Disruptive Technology Specialist

Geoffrey Moore is an author, speaker, and advisor who splits his consulting time between start-up companies in the Wildcat Venture Partners portfolios and established high-tech enterprises, most recently including Salesforce, Microsoft, Autodesk, F5Networks, Gainsight, Google, and Splunk.
 
Moore’s life’s work has focused on the market dynamics surrounding disruptive innovations. His first book, Crossing the Chasm, focuses on the challenges start-up companies face transitioning from early adopting to mainstream customers. It has sold more than a million copies, and its third edition has been revised such that the majority of its examples and case studies reference companies come to prominence from the past decade. Moore’s most recent work, Zone to Win, addresses the challenge large enterprises face when embracing disruptive innovations, even when it is in their best
interests to do so. It’s time to stop explaining why they don’t and start explaining how they can. This has been the basis of much of his recent consulting.
