ALIGN INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE

Complete the application form to secure eligible spot. Participation is subject to Snowflake’s approval.

SIGN CONTRACT

Snowflake’s event partnership contract will be routed via DocuSign to your signatory 2-3 business days after the complete application form is received and the eligibility and placement have been confirmed. DocuSign envelopes expire after 30 days.

RECEIVE INVOICE AND INITIATE EXECUTION

Invoices will be sent starting February 2023. Payment is net-30 after the invoice is issued. Full payment is due 30 days before the event. Partners will receive access to the event partner portal to manage tasks and deliverables.

Continued Focus on Sustainability at Snowflake Summit

Snowflake Summit 2023 will continue to be an environmentally responsible event. We’ll incorporate Snowflake’s corporate responsibility practices of recycling and reusing materials, minimizing food waste, and delivering plant-based and ethically sourced meals. Summit is also designed to address attendee travel carbon emissions by acquiring renewable energy credits to offset our overall carbon footprint in Las Vegas.

Snowflake is also working with event venues and hotels, vendors, and our supply chain partners to procure environmentally sustainable products for Summit. Please partner with us to take on this challenge by considering sustainable products, reuse, and recycling for your participation at Summit.
