What is Snowflake Data Cloud Summit?
This conference features four days of inspiring keynotes, educational breakout sessions and an exposition floor where thousands of Snowflake’s partners, customers and industry peers will gather to network, collaborate and obtain essential knowledge about Snowflake and emerging trends in data, AI and application development.

Will there be a virtual component of this conference?
This conference will be held in person at Moscone Center. The main keynotes will be livestreamed to non-registrants. Additional details on the livestream will be shared three weeks prior to the event date.

How long will each session be?
There is a mix of session formats. Breakout sessions are 40 minutes. There will also be 20-minute theater sessions in the expo hall.

Can I reserve a seat in my favorite sessions?
Yes. Summit registrants will be able to build their agenda and reserve seats once the conference agenda goes live in April 2024.

Will there be a mobile app?
Yes, a mobile event app will be available for download approximately two weeks before the event. Registered attendees will receive instructions by email when it becomes available.

Can I attend the Partner Summit?
Snowflake Partners in good standing are invited to attend the Partner Network Summit taking place onsite during the event. If you are interested in attending this event, you can indicate that during the registration process.

How much does Snowflake Data Cloud Summit cost?

What is the payment policy?
- All major credit cards are accepted for registration payments.
- Beginning in December 2023 you can email [email protected] with requests to pay via invoice*.
If paying by invoice, you will not be able to register for Snowflake Summit 2024 until full payment has been received. Registration codes will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Are special discounts offered for groups?
Group pricing is offered for ticket bundles of 10+, 20+ and 30+. Group pass packages can be purchased via the registration portal.

30+ full conference passes: $1495

Are special discounts offered to government employees?
Government employees have the opportunity to purchase Summit tickets at our lowest ticket price of $1,895 regardless of whether super early bird pricing has ended or not. After December 31, please email [email protected] to inquire about how to receive this discount pricing.
Discount codes can not be applied when purchasing a Summit ticket at this discounted government employee rate.

Can I apply multiple discount codes during registration?
No, only one discount code can be applied per registered guest.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

What is the cancellation/substitution policy?
Cancellations must be completed within your attendee portal by Thursday, May 2, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT. Log back into your Summit account here to make changes to your order. You can contact [email protected] if you are experiencing any issues.
Additional Cancellation Considerations:
- Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
- Summit tickets purchased via a Snowflake order form are non-refundable.
- No refunds for requests received after May 2, 2024, will be processed, regardless of when the registration took place.
Substitution Policy:
To transfer your registration to someone else at your company, please email the following information for the new registrant to [email protected]:
- New Registrant’s First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
Note, only registration packages are transferred between attendees, not hotel reservations. The new registrant will need to log into the event portal here and book their own reservation within one of our event hotels. A registration confirmation email will be sent to the new registrant once the substitution is confirmed.

Are there full-day training courses available at this event?
Yes! We are offering two full-day training courses to accommodate both new and experienced Snowflake users. Both classes will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024. Participants can only attend one course, as they run concurrently. There is an additional cost of $1000 to participate.

Can I get SnowPro Certified while attending?
Yes! Take advantage of discounted exam rates by earning your SnowPro Certification at Summit. Exams can be scheduled between Monday, June 3, through Thursday, June 6.
Pricing listed below is valid only for certification exams taken at Snowflake Summit, and are non-redeemable after the event ends.

How do I register for the pre-event training?
Upon registering for a Summit full conference pass there will be an option to add on a training course package to your order. If you have already purchased your conference ticket and would like to add on training, simply log back into your attendee portal here and you will be presented with a link to edit your registration order.

How do I register for the certification exam?
Upon registering for a Summit full conference pass there will be an option to add on a SnowPro exam package. If you have already purchased your conference ticket and would like to add a SnowPro exam, simply log back into your attendee portal here and you will be presented with a link to edit your registration order.

What happens after I purchase a pre-event training?
As we get closer to the event, you will receive additional details from the Snowflake education team. If you do not receive an email by May 20, 2024, or if you have any questions regarding the status of your training package, please reach out to [email protected].

What happens after I purchase a certification exam?
Detailed instructions and a voucher code will be sent in February 2024 to all registrants who purchased a certification exam. To begin preparing for your exam, navigate to the SnowPro Certification website to view Snowflake’s exam catalog and exam guides. If you have any questions about the status of your exam registration you can reach out to [email protected].

How should I prepare for my SnowPro Certification before attending?
Visit the SnowPro Certification website to view the exam catalog and exam guides for each SnowPro Certification. Each exam guide lists the objectives covered on the certification exam, as well as the link to the exam study guide, which contains sample questions.

Is there a time limit on the exams?
Candidates have a time limit of 115 minutes on the following exams:
- SnowPro Core
- SnowPro Advanced: Architect
- SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer
- SnowPro Advanced: Data Scientist
- SnowPro Advanced: Administrator
- SnowPro Advanced: Data Analyst
Candidates have a time limit of 90 minutes on the following exams:
- SnowPro Core Recertification
- SnowPro Advanced: Architect Recertification
- SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer Recertification
- SnowPro Advanced: Data Scientist Recertification

Is it necessary to attend the event in person to take the exam?
If you obtain a Snowflake Summit certification voucher, you will have to appear in person to take the exam. The voucher will not be active outside of the event. Certification exams will take place throughout each day (June 3–6, 2024). Once you receive your voucher, you will be able to schedule your exam through our exam partner, PearsonVue.

Can I reschedule my exam?
You will be able to reschedule your exam at Summit any time before your exam, as long as there is availability.

Do I need to extend my stay to take my exam?
We will be running certification each day (June 3–6, 2024). Please plan accordingly.

Can I get a visa letter?
Yes, you can request a visa letter when registering for the event. There will be a question on the registration form that when checked yes, will prompt you to submit the following information:
- Legal name as it appears on your travel documents
- Your Country of Citizenship
- Name of your Company
- Address of your Company
- The number of days will you be in the United States

How do I book my hotel?
Once you have registered for Summit, you can book your hotel by following one of these options:
- Your confirmation email will contain a link to access the Summit hotel room block website.
- If you are already registered for Summit, log back into your attendee portal for access to the room block website.
