CANCELLATION UPDATE

  • Why was Snowflake Summit Cancelled?

    The health and wellbeing of Snowflake’s customers, partners, employees and the community is our top priority. We have decided to cancel Snowflake Summit due to continued health concerns regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • I thought Snowflake Summit was postponed to Fall 2020?

    Snowflake made every effort in the past few weeks to postpone the event instead of cancelling. The ultimate decision to cancel Snowflake Summit was made to protect the safety of our customers, partners, and employees.

  • Will there be a Snowflake Summit next year?

    Yes, join us next year for Snowflake Summit 2021 at the Caesars Forum, Las Vegas, June 7 – 10. Save the date to be the first to know when registration opens later this year – you’ll also receive a $200 discount for expressing early interest!

REFUNDS

  • Will I get a full refund for my Summit registration?

    Yes, Snowflake is automatically refunding all registration, certification, and training fees associated with Summit 2020. A Snowflake representative will be in contact by May 1 if additional information is needed in order to process your refund. The majority of refunds will be processed by May 15.

  • How will my refund be processed:

    If you purchased your ticket via the Summit website and paid with a credit card: You will receive a full refund to the original form of payment by May 15.

    If you purchased your ticket via the Summit website and paid by check or wire transfer: A representative will reach out to you by May 1 to obtain the necessary bank details and address for a refund. It will then take approximately 2 weeks to process.

    If you purchased your ticket via a Snowflake contract deal: A Snowflake representative will reach out to you by May 1 to obtain the necessary bank details and address for a refund. It will then take approximately 2 weeks to process. For those that haven’t completed payment, we will issue a credit memo by May 1.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Most refunds will be delivered by May 15. Delays may occur if you purchased your ticket through a snowflake order form or by check or wire transfer.

    For questions regarding a refund for tickets purchased through the Summit website, please contact: [email protected]

TRAVEL

  • How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

    If you booked a room in the Snowflake Summit 2020 hotel room block, Snowflake has cancelled your reservation on your behalf and any deposit refunds should have already processed. If you were charged a deposit fee for your reservation in the Snowflake Summit 2020 hotel room block and have not yet received a refund of that fee, please contact the ARIA Resort & Casino directly. 

    IMPORTANT: If you booked a hotel reservation on your own outside of the Snowflake Summit 2020 hotel room block (for example through your company’s travel management website or Expedia.com), or if you added additional nights to your reservation, you are responsible for cancelling your own reservation.

  • How do I cancel my airfare?

    Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline directly to review options.

  • Will Snowflake provide reimbursement for lost travel and accommodation costs outside of the Registration System?

    Snowflake will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked outside of the Summit Registration System. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review options.
