Batch Data Extraction at Scale with Cortex AI Functions

Most enterprise data is trapped in unstructured formats — PDFs, images, contracts, audio recordings — that traditional SQL pipelines can't touch. In this virtual hands-on lab, you'll use Snowflake Cortex AI Functions to build batch extraction pipelines that process documents, images, and audio entirely in SQL, no Python or ML expertise required.

You'll load files to Snowflake stages, apply AI functions to extract and structure content, then automate processing with Dynamic Tables so new files are handled as they arrive.
