- Can I bring a guest?
- Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to enjoy The Broadmoor’s amenities. However, event sessions, business discussions and group activities are reserved for invited attendees only.
- Are travel and accommodation included?
- Snowflake will be covering lodging expenses, as well as all activities onsite. Travel expenses to the resort will not be covered.
- What is the dress code for the event?
- The dress code is business casual for daytime sessions, with smart casual attire recommended for evening receptions and dinners. For leisure activities such as golfing, appropriate attire is suggested.
- Who will I be attending with?
- This retreat is designed for senior executives and decision-makers from leading organizations in the Midwest who are looking to enhance their data strategy with the Snowflake Data Cloud. Attendees will be of the highest executive level.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, as space is limited and we want to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
