Matthew has been at the intersection of emerging technology and policy for more than two decades. Before joining Snowflake, Matthew led teams and projects with global reach at Adobe and in the Federal Government at the General Services Administration and Department of Defense. He continues to advise global leaders on the application of emerging technology through his work on the Atlantic Council and Stimson Center.

As the Chief Data Officer at the City of Tacoma, Enzhou Wang is responsible for the overall success of the data & analytics program at the city. He also oversees the GIS team and the web & digital collaboration teams. Prior to joining the City of Tacoma, he worked as a senior IT Manager at the City of Bellevue, as an enterprise architect at Seattle City Light, and as a software developer at Microsoft and Esri.
