What is Snowflake Summit?
The three-day conference will feature seven speaking tracks, 120 sessions, hands-on training and an exposition floor (Base Camp), where more than 1,500 Snowflake partners, customers, and industry peers will gather to network, collaborate, and obtain essential knowledge about Snowflake and emerging trends in data and analytics.

Who will attend?
Over 1,500 attendees made up of CXO, BI, IT, and data management professionals along with thought leaders from the U.S and around the world.

Where is Snowflake Summit?
Snowflake Summit will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square located at 333 O’Farrell St. San Francisco, CA 94102.

When should I plan on arriving and departing?
Snowflake Summit officially kicks off on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome reception on the exposition floor (Base Camp). On Thursday, our final keynote will conclude by 4:00 p.m.
If you are attending Partner Day, please plan on arriving the morning of Monday, June 3 by 9:00 a.m. Please note, Partner Day is for official, approved Snowflake Partners only.

What is the recommended attire for Snowflake Summit 2019?
Business casual attire is appropriate. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket in case of cool temperatures in sessions rooms.

How much does Snowflake Summit cost?
Pricing depends on the date you register:
- Super early bird, Dec 3 – Jan 31, $995
- Early bird, Feb 1 – Apr 30, $1,195
- Regular, May 1 – May 31, $1,495
- At the door, June 3 – June 6, $1,995

What is the payment policy?
All major credit cards are accepted for registration payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover).
Please email [email protected] with any requests to pay via invoice. Instructions for invoice payments will be sent upon receipt of the invoice email request.
*Please note that you will not be able to register for Snowflake Summit 2019 until full payment has been received. Registration codes will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations

What is the cancellation / substitution policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date you submitted your request:
- Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, May 3, 2019
- 50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, May 4, 2019 and 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, May 27, 2019
- No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, May 28, 2019
To transfer your registration to someone else at your company, please email the following information for the new registrant to [email protected] and include the following information:

- Email Address
A registration confirmation will be sent to the new registrant once the substitution is confirmed.

Are there special hotel rates?
Please note that our discounted room rate has now expired. Rooms may still be available but are subject to a higher rate, based on availability. For questions regarding new reservations or currently booked reservations, please contact the Hilton San Francisco Union Square directly at 415-771-1400.
