Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest. However, event sessions, business discussions and group activities are reserved for invited attendees only.

Are travel and accommodation included?

Snowflake will be covering lodging expenses, as well as all activities onsite. Travel expenses to the resort will not be covered.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual for daytime sessions, with smart casual attire recommended for evening receptions and dinners. For leisure activities such as golfing, appropriate attire is suggested.

Who will I be attending with?

This retreat is designed for senior executives and decision-makers from leading organizations in the West who are looking to enhance their data strategy with the Snowflake. Attendees will be of the highest executive level.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, as space is limited and we want to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
