ACIT - online self-service platform with 24/7 access to sales data of the Zabka chain.

ACIT was created in response to the needs of the suppliers. Lack of access to current and actual sales data prevented them from producing accurate analyzes of sales and marketing results, which in turn delayed the introduction of product innovations in the Żabka chain of stores.

The solution to these problems lies in the introduction of the “Data-as-a-service” tool, i.e. direct access to the sales data of Żabka, bypassing intermediaries such as research agencies of the FMCG market. This is a way to align the level of knowledge between the Żabka chain and suppliers and support them in making optimal business decisions. The result of this solution is joint work on insights leading to increased sales.

The Advanced Customer Insight Tool is an online self-service platform providing 24/7 access to sales data of the entire Żabka chain. It gives wide access to up-to-date and real sales data (both own and competitors’). Thanks to the platform, users can evaluate the results of promotional campaigns. The platform also provides “category management” support. The platform also provides additional data ranges relevant for cooperation with the Żabka chain (e. logistic data). A team of analysts working closely with suppliers in the field of data analysis is dedicated to the platform. Workshops with suppliers are also regularly held to prepare sales insights. It is the only such portal in Poland.

Key data on ACIT: the portal comprises 33 KPIs used in the retail industry converted in real time, has 18 data dimensions, analyzes 32 thousand products. Daily record growth on the platform is 4 million. It contains 300 million records of logistics data, 4 billion records of sales and consumer behavior. Since the launch of the portal 200 thousand reports have been generated. The portal is currently used by 35 largest FMCG companies in Poland. The portal has conducted 130 additional workshops with suppliers, with whom it has also developed more than 50 valuable insights. The project generated a positive ROI 12 months after its launch.
