Builders' Introduction to Snowflake

See a live demo of the Snowflake features you can use to build data pipelines, apps, and machine learning workflows. Get up close with data engineering in Snowpark, Gen AI through Snowflake Cortex, and the Snowflake Native Apps framework.

75 Minutes

A Hands-On Lab featuring either Native Apps, Data Engineering, or AI/ML

A variety of labs in different cities ranging from Snowflake Native Apps, Data Engineering, or ML/AI. Depending on the lab featured in your city, you may learn one of the following:

Native Apps: Learn to build a Snowflake Native Application, in addition to creating an application package, create grants in the package to place access controls based on roles, and install and run the app in a single Snowflake account using multiple roles.

Data Engineering: Build a customer analytics application and an end-to-end ML pipeline using Apache Airflow, an open-source platform for writing data pipelines as code, and Snowpark to redefine the orchestration of your ML workflows.

ML/AI: Explore what’s new in Snowpark for Machine Learning by setting up Snowflake and Python environments and build an end to end ML workflow from feature engineering to model training and deployment using Snowpark ML.
