Snowflake Appoints Kathy O’Driscoll as Vice President of People

O’Driscoll will lead the next phase of Snowflake’s global people operations expansion

SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 17, 2018 — Snowflake Computing, the data warehouse built for the cloud, today announced that Kathy O’Driscoll has joined Snowflake as VP of People, effective immediately. She is responsible for Snowflake’s people strategy and operations on a worldwide basis, reporting to Bob Muglia, Snowflake’s CEO.

O’Driscoll brings more than 20 years of global, executive-level HR experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PATH, an international nonprofit organization and leader in global health innovation. In this role, she led a team of HR professionals covering PATH’s talent operations and impact in more than 50 countries. Prior to PATH, she held various senior people strategy roles at Microsoft, including the Server and Tools Business, which consisted of more than 11,000 employees and generated $13 billion in revenue.
