100% of Customers Recommend Snowflake for Second Consecutive Year – Dresner ADI Report

Industry analytics research report ranks Snowflake above the world’s largest technology vendors
SAN MATEO, Calif. – Jan. 29, 2019 – Snowflake Computing, the only data warehouse built for the cloud, today announced Snowflake’s position in the 2019 Analytical Data Infrastructure Market Study, published annually by Dresner Advisory Services, LLC.
For the second consecutive year, Snowflake received a perfect score after 100 percent of polled customers said they would recommend Snowflake to other organizations.
Snowflake also achieved the highest combined score across all attributes in Dresner’s Customer Experience Model, which evaluates a vendor’s product and its customers’ real-world experiences with the vendor’s sales and services staff.
Additionally, Snowflake was named an Overall Experience Leader with the highest score and the foremost position in Dresner’s upper-right quadrant. High placement in the upper-right quadrant confirms customers believe they receive top value and maintain significant confidence in Snowflake.

Dresner rated Vendors in the study on a five-point scale across 33 different criteria. Categories covered sales/acquisition experience (eight criteria), value for price paid (one), quality and usefulness of product (12), quality of technical support (five), quality and value of consulting services (five), whether the vendor is recommended (one), and integrity (one). Vendors Dresner rated included some of the biggest global tech companies in software, cloud services, search, advertising and e- commerce.
