Sridhar Ramaswamy currently serves as Snowflake’s CEO. After joining Snowflake in May 2023 in connection with the company’s acquisition of Neeva, the world’s first private AI powered search engine, Ramaswamy spearheaded Snowflake’s AI strategy as SVP of AI. Prior to joining Snowflake, Ramaswamy co-founded Neeva in 2019.

Prior to founding Neeva, Ramaswamy led Google’s core product, developer, data infrastructure, and privacy divisions, as well as Google’s Advertising products, which included search, display and video advertising, analytics, shopping, payments, and travel. During his 15 years at Google he was an integral part of the growth of AdWords and Google’s advertising business from $1.5 billion to over $100 billion. Ramaswamy also held research positions at Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, and Bell Communications Research (Bellcore). Ramaswamy was a Venture Partner at Greylock Partners from October 2018 until recently, and he sits on the board of trustees at Brown University.

Jeff Hollan is Director of Product for Snowflake’s developer platform and ecosystem, including Snowpark and Snowpark Container Services. He helps developers build applications on Snowflake, including extending Snowflake with new capabilities. Prior to joining Snowflake Jeff led the serverless and developer compute businesses for Microsoft Azure. Jeff is a well-known and frequent speaker on building cloud native applications. Winston Chang serves as Snowflakes’ Global Public Sector CTO. He supports global government and education ecosystems for modernizing data practices. He is an expert in organizational transformation derived from data, AI/ML, and innovation. His personal mission is to help government and educational institutions leverage data for maximum societal impact. For over two decades, Winston worked with multiple public sector agencies and commercial sector clients. Government work revolved around technology strategy to amplify business impact, along with various IT/data enterprise modernization efforts. Specific projects include developing a national security IT strategy, designing tech optimized business processes, building a predictive neural network, launching a holistic risk management platform of applications, prototyping government business on blockchain, and more. Commercial sector projects include technology adoption advice, brand strategy, and financial modeling. His entrepreneurial history consists of founding two companies, a management consulting firm and a celebrity favorite couture fashion brand, Stevie Boi®. Before entering management consulting, Winston worked at a structured finance hedge fund, modeling various portfolios and collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Winston volunteers his time with the Committee of 100 and Eisenhower Fellowships, sitting on various boards and as a chapter leader. His engagement in both organizations maintains an international network and supports global bridge building, with a focus on US-Sino relations. The exception handling managed by Streamlit ensured smooth integration with our ERP system.

Product Description Generator Tool: Utilized Generative AI and AI Vision to automate and enhance product content creation.
AI Tools Rollout and Training: Spearheaded the implementation and training of AI tools like M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Leonardo.ai, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Replit across the business.
Text Data Analysis: Leveraged AI to analyze large volumes of free-text responses, categorizing data, identifying sentiment, and providing actionable insights.
PowerApps Management: Took ownership of supporting and enhancing internal PowerApps within the Power Platform.

My career, spanning over a decade at Macquarie Group (top listed company on the ASX), has been marked by significant milestones, including serving as the CIO for Macquarie Capital in ANZ. In this role, I was instrumental in spearheading the technology strategy for the Moonshot initiative, a testament to my commitment to innovation and forward-thinking in the technology sphere. My journey also led me to Harvard, where I further honed my expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence, solidifying my foundation in these critical areas of modern technology.

Upon my return to Australia, I joined KPMG in a pivotal capacity as the National Leader of Regulatory Technology. This role further expanded my understanding of the regulatory landscape and its intricate relationship with technology advancements.

In addition to my executive responsibilities, I am deeply involved in the broader technology and financial community. I serve as a non-executive director and treasurer for the RegTech Association’s board and actively drive outcomes as a committee member in the Technology chapter of the Financial Services Council in Australia.
