Prasanna is Head of Collaboration and Horizon at Snowflake, overseeing Snowflake’s apps, collaboration, Snowflake Horizon capabilities, and Snowflake Marketplace. Prasanna has been at Snowflake since 2018, and is focused on simplifying the sharing, collaboration, and commercialization of data, data services, and applications, alongside enabling users to unlock entirely new revenue streams and extended insights across the Data Cloud. Prior to Snowflake, Prasanna built new products and led teams at large organizations including Microsoft and Comcast. She also held executive roles for various venture-backed startups including SmartyPal, which she founded and served as the CEO. Prasanna is an Indian classical dancer, and enjoys hiking and travel — she’s hiked on all seven continents, including Antarctica.

Sanjay Deshmukh is the Senior Regional Vice President for Snowflake for ASEAN and India and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for building and executing a successful strategy to drive adoption and expansion of Snowflake’s Data Cloud in ASEAN and India region.

During a career spanning over 25 Years, he has led organizations in emerging technologies like Analytics, Cloud and Mobility through start-up, change and accelerated growth phase. He is passionate about helping customers transform their business and unlock the true value of their data.

In his earlier assignment, Deshmukh was Vice President at VMware responsible for the business in South-East Asia Korea region. He has previously worked for SAP India as Vice President for Business User and Platform Group and was instrumental in pioneering Business Intelligence and Analytics in India sub-continent in his role as the Country Manager for Business Objects.

Vijayant is the Managing Director for Snowflake’s India Business. In this role he is responsible for driving the business growth and Go-To-Market strategy for Snowflake in the country. He leads the charter of partnering with customers in India across Industry Sectors in their Data & AI led business transformation journey. Vijayant is passionate about helping businesses unlock potential and unleash innovation by digitally transforming with the right technology strategy to create new ways of working, new business models and new revenue streams.

A leader with over 27 years of experience with Global Technology companies he has a strong background in building & running high performance businesses with a track record of delivering Customer Success & Innovation. Prior to Snowflake, Vijayant was with Microsoft where he was the Executive Director leading the BFSI business for the country. He has also held Senior Leadership roles including Regional VP at Salesforce, Regional Director at SAP & Country Head for CA Technologies Data Management Business.

Mr. Shiv Kumar Bhasin is the Chief Transformation Officer at IndusInd Bank. With over 27 years of experience, he has successfully managed change and overseen functions for large-scale platform businesses in Fortune 500 financial services companies where he held leadership roles with NSE, SBI, and global positions with Barclays Bank, Fidelity Investments, Hughes Networks, and Parametric Technology Corporation. Mr. Bhasin is also a member of Customer Advisory Boards for Gartner, Experian, Oracle, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he contributes his insights and expertise. Mr. Bhasin will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of business processes and implementing technology change and run initiatives across the company’s Corporate, Consumer, and Microfinance Businesses. Mr. Bhasin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree from IIT Delhi.

Avinash Naik is President and Chief Information Officer at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. A seasoned and passionate digital executive, he is responsible for driving technology strategy and execution, strengthening digital capabilities, and bringing technology driven innovations to the organisation.
Avinash comes with rich experience in running large Technology operations, Digital Transformation, and Innovation programs across multiple geographies. He spent over a decade at Infosys Limited, where he played multiple leadership roles across Delivery Management, Consulting, Program Management, Enterprise Architecture for Fortune 100 companies. Before joining Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Avinash was part of the Group Corporate Strategy team at Bajaj Finserv where he was responsible for driving the Digital and Innovation agenda across Group companies. He was recently recognised as one of the “Top 30 Tech Leaders” by Forbes India.
Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai.
Besides work, Avinash loves travelling, reading, and playing tennis and basketball with his 13- year-old son.
