With more than 3 decades of high technology experience, Mr. Shah has been serving as a
Managing Director and Country Leader since 2010. Prior to joining Snowflake, he served as a
CIO, Managing Director and Technology Advisor for MSC Software, part of Symphony
Technology Group. He has also worked with Symantec Corporation as a site leader and Vice
President of Information Technology.
In his current role, Mr. Shah is responsible for building Snowflake’s centers of excellence in India.
He partners with global teams to champion “Data Architecture” through Data Engineering, Data
Science & Analytics. He leads building of customer zero use cases through Snow@Snow
program, strengthening Information Security posture by reducing risks and conforming to
regulatory expectations.

Mr. Shah also enables building technology centers of excellence (CRM, ERP, Infrastructure), go-
to-market strategies for product, sales and support teams and setting up economies of scale

through highly effective back-office operations.
Mr. Shah holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Master’s in Organization
Management from University of Mumbai and University of Phoenix respectively.

Vishal has over 20 years of experience in building and architecting enterprise data platforms, data visualization and data warehouse solutions.

He has established strong enterprise BI engineering and big data analytics engineering teams with a focus on exceptional delivery and fostering diverse teams. He is passionate about data and data products, building innovative and cost-effective solutions at enterprise scale. Majority of his experience has been in Retail domain.
Vishal has recently joined Anko GCC (Kmart Group Australia) as Head of Data Platform and Automation. Prior to joining Anko GCC, Vishal was working with Lowe’s Services India Pvt Ltd as Data Engineering Director at Lowe’s responsible for building and delivering Enterprise Visualization strategy for Lowe’s and managing Teradata Datawarehouse.

Vishal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and is currently pursuing Advanced programme in Computational Data Science by Indian Institute of Science.

Anupam is a passionate Data & Analytics leader with a proven track record in establishing, nurturing and leading global units with the objective to harness the value of data and analytics for stakeholders. Working with various cultures across multiple countries in intricate and high bet Data and SAP spaces has seasoned him to be an impactful and outcome driven leader. He currently works as the Head of Data & Analytics India Unit at Ericsson.

Dipti Ranjan is the Director of Data Platforms & Architecture in the Data & Analytics Organization. In this role, he is responsible for our core data platforms and the technology stack that hosts the EDF data warehouses and data lake to provide core enterprise metrics and insights.

Dipti has 15+ years’ experience creating and transforming businesses data and analytics platforms. With an extensive technical expertise in all aspects of product and customer lifecycles, he has led large, diverse, high-performing, global teams that have created significant business value by leveraging modern data platforms and processing infrastructure, software engineering, and AI.

Having held significant roles in esteemed organizations such as Gojek, Schneider Electric, Intel, Zafin, and Infosys.
Dipti has honed his expertise across a spectrum of industries including Fintech, Energy, Sustainability, Payment, and Ecommerce. Notably, In his previous role, he was heading Global Enterprise Data Platform & Engineering in Gojek driving substantial revenue growth through the development of data products, frameworks, and accelerators. He holds B. Tech, Applied Electronics from GIET, and Executive MBA from INSEAD: The Business School for the World

Prashanth Kaddi is a Partner with Deloitte India, in the Consulting business working on analytics and cognitive. He comes with 20 plus years of experience in technology, analytics, product management and strategic marketing. He has set up and grown multiple businesses in technology and data analytics space.

Prashanth has worked with Fortune500 companies across Asia Pac, India, Europe, US and Latin America solutioning and delivering data-to-information solutions.

Chandra is the leader of Artificial Intelligence & Data Offering at Deloitte US Offices in India. He has extensive experience in global consulting and technology engineering, enabling, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise AI & Data solutions. He provides advanced analytics solutions that help organizations unlock the full potential of their data through innovative technologies. He is a core member of the CTO Council and has built multiple high-performance teams and delivered industry-leading solutions. His solutions were recognized by NASSCOM, India. He is also a passionate mentor and guest speaker at premiere institutes in India.

Vijay Ramachandran is a business storyteller, content specialist, event facilitator and an award-winning journalist with over three decades of experience.
He has worked with a variety of media platforms, from newspapers and magazines to online and video to engagements both physical and virtual.
Of particular interest to Vijay is how organizations and individuals handle change and how strategy evolves into responses.
He is especially good at deconstructing complex business situations to focus on the value that can be derived.
In 2001, he won India’s highest honour for technology journalists, the Polestar Award, for his investigation into Pakistan-based hacker groups.
Since 2015, he runs a consulting practice of storytelling for business change.
