EXPEDITION BUILDER LAB [LEVEL 100]
KARSTENS MELBOURNE | 1:30 PM–4:00 PM
Most teams have the data they need. It’s just scattered across systems that don’t always agree with each other, so getting a straight answer takes longer than it should.
In this hands-on lab, you’ll use CoCo, Snowflake’s AI coding agent, to bring raw data into Snowflake and shape it into a clean, trusted foundation simply by describing what you want in natural language. You’ll then connect that foundation to Snowflake CoWork, so anyone can ask questions in everyday language and get instant answers.
Upskill for the year ahead and get hands-on building on Snowflake with our new instructor-guided workshop. You’ll also earn a digital badge upon completion.
Workshop Prerequisites:
- Bring a laptop + charger
- Familiarity with Python and SQL
- We highly recommend using a personal laptop with permissions for external installs, downloads, and GitHub repos.
Workshop seats are limited. Registrants may be waitlisted pending venue capacity.

Can Your Warehouse Take 1,000 Queries a Minute?
Presented by: Calvin Wang, Staff Analytics Engineer, Canva
Snowflake Interactive Analytics is a new serving tier inside Snowflake: interactive tables and interactive warehouses built for short, selective queries at high concurrency. This talk puts it to work on a common ask: take a query that already runs fine for analysts and turn it into a real-time, user-facing product feature. You’ll watch a standard warehouse and an interactive one handle the same query under the same user load, then learn what the two new object types do differently and where they fit, from embedded product analytics to serving data to AI agents.
