Calling all public sector professionals! Snowflake are supporting DSIT’s “Get Tech Certified” programme to help upskill the next generation of data leaders in the public service.

So, join us at Snowflake’s Northstar builder workshop to learn how you can use AI, ML and Agents in the Snowflake Data Cloud to talk to your data, leverage AI models & frameworks, and explore the power of Snowflake Notebooks. This free, half-day event is an opportunity to meet fellow developers working across public services, learn about some Snowflake public sector use cases and participate in a technical session created for builders, by builders.

At the Northstar Builder Workshop for Public Sector, you will: 

• Get an introduction into Snowflake and the organisations we support across Government, NHS, Local Authorities, Defence and Education
• Learn to use the Agentic AI capabilities of Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake’s fully-managed service for machine learning and AI 
• Explore enterprise grade models, such as Snowflake Arctic while leveraging Snowflake Notebooks and Streamlit for rapid application deployment
  
• Complete the hands-on lab and earn an Agentic AI badge to display on your social profiles
• Meet public sector and civil servant peers and network with Snowflake’s Data and AI experts

• A machine with access to download external files and repos from Github
