Join Snowflake for a hands-on session at Helsinki Data Week. Hear how Sanoma uses Cortex Code, then build an AI agent step by step using synthetic retail sales and customer feedback.

You’ll use Cortex Code to turn feedback into structured data, define business metrics and create an agent you can query in Snowflake CoWork. Along the way, you’ll check its answers and see how data access controls apply.

 What you’ll do:

• Enrich customer feedback with Cortex AI functions  • Define business metrics using semantic views  • Build a Cortex Agent and ask questions in CoWork  • Verify agent answers against defined business metrics and underlying data  • Test role-based access controls and see what the agent can—and cannot—access

The workshop is designed for people familiar with Snowflake but new to its AI features. Follow the guided exercises, or explore optional advanced challenges.
