Gwen Umbach is an Investor at Altimeter Capital. Prior to joining Altimeter Capital in 2021, Gwen was an Associate at Salesforce Ventures, an SF-based VC firm. At Salesforce Ventures, she focused on early and growth stage investments in enterprise software, with a particular emphasis on data infrastructure. Before Salesforce Ventures, Gwen was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Gwen received a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University.
Marc Wendling has served as VP of Corporate Sales at Snowflake for over 6 years. Marc has been through it all, experiencing 4 distinct stages of growth at Snowflake. Even before Snowflake, Marc was no stranger to nurturing growth. Holding multiple VP and Director of Sales titles throughout his career, he is an expert in growing revenue. Marc has over 20 years of experience building and leading sales teams in leading technology companies such as MindTickle, ClearSlide and Sumo Logic.
Abhishek Bhowmick is the co-founder, CTO at Samooha, the secure enterprise data collaboration platform. Previously, he led the ML Privacy and Cryptography group at Apple for over 5 years, shipping privacy-enhancing technologies at a scale of 1B+ users. Prior to that, Abhishek developed ML-based optimization frameworks at Goldman Sachs that identified significant capital savings across the company’s $1Tr+ balance sheet. Abhishek’s academic credentials include resolving a 30+ year unsolved math problem for which he was one of the youngest invited speakers at IAS, Princeton, which is home to legendary figures such as Einstein, von Neumann, and Godel.
