LEO Pharma: Evidence-Backed Knowledge Graphs on Snowflake
Pharma runs on documents, and the answers people need are scattered across thousands of them. FlakeGraph, built at LEO Pharma, uses LLMs to read a document collection, extract the entities and relationships it describes, merge them across every document, and keep a quoted source passage behind each fact, so anyone can check where an answer came from.
In this presentation we’ll show how it runs inside Snowflake with Snowpark Container Services and Cortex, or on our own GPUs with Snowflake as the destination, and share what we learned scaling it from a prototype to production system.
Zeronorth: From Fragmented BI to One Analytics Path
ZeroNorth helps shipping companies run their fleets on data: fuel efficiency, emissions, voyage optimisation/performance, bunker procurement. Like most companies, we answered those questions through a mix of dashboards, bespoke views, and one-off SQL, each with its own definitions and no single owner. We are replacing all of it with one path: our Propel platform, whose AI agent answers analytics questions directly against a shared Snowflake foundation. One compute engine, one query interface, one security model.
In this presentation we will show the system working on one of Zeronorth’s operational domains, explain how we separate reviewed, reporting-grade answers from exploratory ones, and share what validating it with our first domain team taught us.

VELUX: Preparing VELUX for the Agentic Era
In two years, VELUX went from an outsourced, fragmented data landscape to a new in-house Data & AI Platform (with snowflake at the core) serving +20 business domains. Conversational analytics came after, with one orchestrating agent answering questions across the business domains. Now VELUX is preparing for its soon-to-be biggest user: AI agents.
Henrik Varmer, Senior Director Data & AI, shares where VELUX stands now, what was learned so far, and how it is getting VELUX is getting the organisation and technical platform ready for agents.
Norlys: Stop Waiting for Adoption - Taking a whole data team agentic in one day
For months, AI coding tools spread through our data team the way they do everywhere: a few enthusiasts doing remarkable things, and everyone else trying them once. When the agents became good enough to take on whole tasks, that stopped being enough — inconsistent use now meant inconsistent output. So we stopped waiting. We prepared the entire AI & Data department for a single hands-on day with Cortex Code: three tracks chosen by experience rather than job title, our own colleagues on stage, and our dbt standards built in as skills the agent loads itself.
I’ll show two use cases as they actually ran — including the one where the agent got it wrong — and what happened to adoption in the weeks that followed: how widely it is used, and how much.
