About Summit

Snowflake Summit is a conference with four days of inspiring keynotes, educational breakout sessions and an expo hall where thousands of Snowflake’s partners, customers and industry peers gather to network, collaborate and obtain essential knowledge about Snowflake and emerging trends in data, agentic AI and enterprise intelligence.

This event caters to every type of data user. Business and technical executives, IT and database administrators, architects, analysts, data engineers, data scientists, software developers, security practitioners, product leaders and DevOps engineers will all find valuable content and make meaningful connections.

This conference will be held in person at Moscone Center. The main keynotes will be livestreamed for free to nonregistrants. Details on how to access the livestream will be shared three weeks prior to the event.

There will be a mix of session formats. Choose from 45-minute breakout sessions, 20-minute theater sessions in the expo hall and 90-minute hands-on labs.

Yes. Summit registrants will be able to build their agenda and reserve seats once the conference agenda goes live in April 2026.

Yes, a mobile event app will be available for download approximately two weeks before the event. Registered attendees will receive instructions by email when it becomes available.

Lunch will be provided Tuesday through Thursday and appetizers and drinks will be served at the evening events throughout the week.

All Snowflake Summit 26 session and keynote recordings will become available on-demand in each registrants’ Summit attendee portal after the event is over.

Note: This pass does not include access to the 500+ breakout sessions, hands-on labs, or the Snowbash.

All major credit cards are accepted for registration payments.

If paying by invoice, you will not be able to attend Snowflake Summit 26 until full payment has been received. Registration codes will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Paying by invoice is only available on group ticket orders of 5 or more. 

You can find your invoice at any time in your Summit attendee portal. In the “Order Summary” section, click the down arrow to access your receipt. You can also download your receipt in the portal.

Group pricing is offered for ticket bundles of 5+, 10+, 30+, and 100+. Group pass packages can be purchased via the registration portal. 

Group Ticket Package Prices:

  • 5+ full conference passes: $1,695 each
  • 10+ full conference passes: $1,595 each
  • 30+ full conference passes: $1,495 each
  • 100+ full conference passes: $1,395 each

Public sector employees will have the opportunity to purchase Summit tickets at the public sector rate of $1,295 regardless of whether super early bird pricing has ended or not. If your work email ends with .gov, .mil, .edu or .us, you will automatically see the price of $1,295 applied to your registration. 

If you work in the public sector and your email address does not end in the above, you can reach out to our team at [email protected] and we can help apply the government employee rate. 

Discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a Summit ticket at this discounted government employee rate.

No, only one discount code can be applied per registered guest.

To update your registration details, please reach out via email to [email protected] with your desired changes.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations must be completed within your Summit attendee portal by Friday, May 1, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT to receive a full refund. Group passes are nonrefundable and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Log back into your Summit attendee portal to cancel or make changes to your order. You can contact [email protected] if you experience any issues.

Additional cancellation considerations: 

  • Nonattendance does not constitute cancellation.

  • Summit tickets purchased via a Snowflake order form are nonrefundable.

  • No refund requests received on or after May 1, 2026 will be processed. 

Substitution policy:

You can transfer your registration to a colleague at your company until May 29, 2026. To begin a transfer, email [email protected] with the following information for the new registrant:

  • New registrant’s first and last name

  • Email address

Please note that only registration packages can be transferred between attendees, not hotel reservations. The new registrant will need to log into the Summit attendee portal and book their own reservation at one of our event hotels. A registration confirmation email will be sent to the new registrant once the substitution is confirmed.

Group pass cancellation and restrictions: 

Event passes purchased via the group passes process are nonrefundable and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Any unclaimed discounted pass is also nonrefundable. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Multiple transactions cannot be combined retroactively to receive discounted group pricing. Discounted group pricing is only applicable to a single group pass transaction. It is not applicable to any other charges, including but not limited to any applicable taxes, fees, hotel accommodations, training sessions or certifications. 

Group passes may not be used for Snowflake employees or officials of any government entity or government-owned entity.

GenAI Essentials

Only at Summit.

Transform your enterprise data into intelligent, AI-powered results. This immersive, full-day training is designed for technical practitioners ready to move genAI from concept to production. Enjoy hands-on experience using genAI in Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence, to tackle real-world workloads.

Your training pass also includes a SnowPro Specialty: GenAI exam voucher (Valued at $225) which can be used anytime 6 months after Summit.

Snowflake Accelerator

Only at Summit.

Jumpstart your productivity with Snowflake in just one day. This curated, hands-on accelerator course is designed for technical practitioners new to the platform or seeking to master core features for maximum efficiency. Skip the ramp-up and immediately leverage Snowflake's most powerful features. Leave ready to build, query and operate efficiently from here forward. 

Your training pass includes a SnowPro Core exam voucher (Valued at $175) which can be used anytime 6 months after Summit.

Snowflake Platform Training & SnowPro Associate: Platform Certification

Designed for individuals with limited or no prior Snowflake experience, this half-day course provides an essential, hands-on introduction of Snowflake. Through intensive interactive labs, you will learn how to unify, integrate and share previously siloed data with virtually unlimited scalability and concurrency. Conclude your training by taking your official SnowPro Associate: Platform Certification exam onsite. Walk into the course uncertified and walk out a certified SnowPro.

Available Day 1, Day 3 and Day 4.

Yes. Take advantage of our full-day training, Snowflake Platform Training & SnowPro Associate: Platform Certification, which includes one opportunity to take your SnowPro Associate certification exam. You must take the exam onsite at Summit.

Other SnowPro certifications will not be available at Summit. 

Upon registering for a Summit full conference pass, you will have the option to add a training course package to your order. If you have already purchased your conference ticket and would like to add training, simply log back into your Summit attendee portal and navigate to the “Order Summary” section. You can edit your order to include training here.

As we get closer to the event, you will receive additional details from the Snowflake Education team. If you don’t receive an email by May 20, 2026, or if you have any questions regarding the status of your training package, please reach out to [email protected].

Candidates have a time limit of 85 minutes for the exam as outlined on the exam guide.

Yes, you can reschedule your onsite exam at any time leading up to the test as long as availability remains. Exams must be taken onsite and cannot be rescheduled for dates and times outside conference hours.

Travel and Hotel

Yes, you can request a visa letter when registering for the event. There will be a question on the registration form that, when checked yes, will prompt you to submit the following information:

  • Legal name as it appears on your travel documents

  • Your country of citizenship

  • Name of your company

  • Address of your company

  • The number of days you will be in the United States

Additional details: 

  • We will not provide a visa letter to unregistered guests. 

  • After receiving a visa letter of invitation from Snowflake, if you are denied a visa to travel to our event, we will refund your existing conference pass.

Once you have registered for Summit, you can book your hotel by following one of these options:

  • Your confirmation email will contain a link to access the Summit hotel room block website. 

  • If you are already registered for Summit, log back into your Summit attendee portal to access the room block website.

Attendees can book hotel stays in our Summit room block up until May 4, 2026 at 11:59pm PT.
