QuoteWizard is an insurance comparison platform used by millions of consumers to find the best coverage at the best rates. Founder and CEO Scott Peyree started the company in 2006 with the help of his brother, Rob; his childhood friend, John; and his father, Tom. In a little over a decade, the company grew to over 150 employees. In 2018, it was acquired by LendingTree, which provides a similar service for customers for loans instead of insurance.
Recently, we led a Q&A session with David Garrison, QuoteWizard’s senior data engineer and subject matter expert on Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
