Foot Traffic Patterns is a dataset containing aggregated foot traffic metrics to individual points of interest (POI), including visits and unique visitors, where else they also visit, median distance from home, median dwell time and more. This free dataset includes patterns for January, February, & March of 2020 for Starbucks locations across the US. Dataset contains patterns for more than 11,000 POI. This dataset is also available for download in all regions.

All SafeGraph POI-based datasets utilize Placekey (https://www.placekey.io/) as the primary key and are formatted as delimited CSVs. SafeGraph updates the Places dataset every month with the past month’s openings and closings and maintains a persistent Placekey across releases. Our detailed Core Places Schema(1) is available online. Additionally please refer to Places Data Manual(2) for more detailed field definitions and methodologies. Our Places Summary Statistics(3) is updated with every monthly release to reflect data coverage.
