CoreLogic: Owner Transfer and Sales Data on US Properties
Nationwide property sales and owner transfer data for up to 50 years of sales history
Nationwide property sales and owner transfer data for up to 50 years of sales history is available with CoreLogic’s Owner Transfer Basic. Transactions include the individual change of ownership that occurs, both arms-length and non-arms-length, and includes all sales transactions including cash, quitclaims, trust transfers, etc. regardless of those sales as having included a mortgage(s).
Transactions include comprehensive sales details, property address, buyer and buyer mailing details, seller information, title company and sale indicators such as resale, new construction, short sale, interfamily related and other indicators.
Owner Transfer data provides insight on current ownership, most recent transactions, and transaction history and is used by real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, researchers, and others to gain a deeper understanding of the market, to facilitate transaction processing, or to reach out to prospects.
Sales and owner transfer transactions delivered furnish a chronological and incremental set of records for all sales/ownership transfers against a property for a given data delivery period. Owner Transfer Basic is usually ordered with Mortgage Basic and it is strongly encouraged to combine with Property Basic.
